Morning Ram-blings: Draft dilemmas

EARTH CITY, Mo. -- One topic we've discussed extensively in this space -- and will likely to continue to be a topic all the way to draft day -- is what the St. Louis Rams should do with the No. 2 pick if South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is still available.

We've sorted through plenty of options and it's quite clear that the Rams would probably prefer to trade the pick to add even more ammunition to an already deep batch of selections. But Clowney is still considered the best player on the board.

Of course, what happens if Clowney does go No. 1 and then the Rams could be in position to risk a shot at Clemson receiver Sammy Watkins or Auburn tackle Greg Robinson if they moved down.

Those scenarios are discussed by ESPN Insider Mike Sando in his latest pieceInsider where he takes a look at three potential draft day dilemmas that could be staring teams in the face come May.

There are so many scenarios to chew on at this early stage it's hard to come to any sort of definitive conclusion. The draft isn't until May. Are we having fun yet?
