Passing out helmet stickers from Stanford's 42-28 win over Arizona State:
WR Ty Montgomery: The junior caught a pair of touchdowns for the first time in his career and now has four through three games this season. His emergence is a primary reason Stanford, unofficially called "Tight End U," hasn't completed a pass to a tight end in two straight games. Montgomery also returned a kickoff 50 yards to open the game.
DE Josh Mauro: In his first career start, the fifth-year senior had a sack and an interception -- a good signing considering Henry Anderson is expected to miss at least a few more weeks with a knee injury. Mauro returned the interception 25 yards.
DE Ben Gardner: Gardner recorded a sack and blocked a pooch-punt attempt by ASU QB Taylor Kelly. The blocked punt was no accident -- Gardner said it was something he had seen on film and took advantage of that in making the play.
