Spurs guard Tony Parker bothered by foot injury, to sit out vs. Cavs

San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker continues to be bothered by a sprained left foot and will not play against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday, the team announced.

Parker, who is averaged 11.5 points and 4.8 assists this season, also missed Thursday's game against Denver.

Rookie Dejounte Murray started in Parker's place against the Nuggets, and veteran Patty Mills also is available.

The Spurs also will continue to be without Pau Gasol, who had surgery earlier this week after fracturing the fourth metacarpal on his left hand.
