Podcast: Halladay or Johnson?

On Tuesday's Baseball Today podcast, Keith Law and myself ruminate about many splendored things, the highlights being:

1. Roy Halladay faces Josh Johnson on Tuesday. Who would you choose the rest of this season and for the next five years? I admit this isn’t such a clear-cut answer.

2. How did the Seattle Mariners get better Monday without playing and adding anyone of note? We explain and later discuss the AL Rookie of the Year ... maybe.

3. Good for the Pirates! Can this over-.500 team keep it going, and will they be doing so with their starting third baseman?

4. There's apparently no decency in Power Rankings anymore as long as you disagree with one of our listeners. A female Giants fan isn't pleased with me.

5. Mr. Law discusses both the DUI and the Twitter problem ... OK, only one of them is really a problem.

Plus: Excellent emails about the young Indians rotation and the Dodgers farm system, our sympathies for smart, good fellow Chris Young, the injury we haven't heard Mat Latos has and how the Marlins have to move on from one of the best starting pitchers for the past decade ... all this and more on Tuesday's Baseball Today!
