Damian Williams, a third-round pick from USC in 2010, signed a one-year, $800,000 free-agent contract with the Miami Dolphins, says Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.

To which I say: He was the smartest guy in the Titans receiver room last year and he could play all three positions. While he never forced his way into a big role, I think it’ll be hard to do better at No. 4 in the receiver group.
