Eric Marentette has three pieces of Blazer news in his Oregonlive Blazer Blog:
John Nash has been talking about using the "Allan Houston" luxury tax amnesty rule as a means to avoid luxury tax not this season, but down the road--remember, this is a one-time-only option.
Tim Grgurich reportedly had a handshake agreement with the Blazers whereby they would let him walk this summer in exchange for helping Kevin Pritchard when he was interim coach. (Now the Blazers don't appear to be honoring that deal, if there was one.)
Jerry West says Memphis hasn't signed up Damon Stoudamire yet, although he is among the players they're interested in.
