FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots receiver Wes Welker, who was held out of last Sunday's loss to the Jets with a knee injury, did not participate in practice Wednesday.
The Patriots missed Welker against the Jets, their offense going without a touchdown for the first time since Dec. 10, 2006.
On the Falcons' side, running back Jerious Norwood did not practice Wednesday. He had been knocked out of Sunday's win over the Panthers with a head injury.
Kicker Jason Elam (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice, while tight end Tony Gonzalez (back), safety William Moore (hamstring) and tight end Justin Peelle (back) had full participation.
