Zdeno Chara, Gregory Campbell out

BOSTON -- Bruins forward Gregory Campbell and defenseman Zdeno Chara didn't play Tuesday night against the Kings at TD Garden

Forward Daniel Paille was active for the Bruins' 3-0 win, however, after suffering a mild concussion Thursday.

Campbell has a fracture in his left foot and possibly could miss more games, according to coach Claude Julien.

Campbell suffered the injury when he blocked a shot while killing a penalty in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blue Jackets in Columbus. He did not practice with the team Monday and needs to wear a walking boot.

Julien also said he did not know whether Campbell would join the team on the upcoming road trip.

Chara suffered a lower-body injury Saturday against the Blue Jackets. Julien indicated Monday that although Chara was feeling better than expected, he didn't believe Chara would play Tuesday.

"There's no time frame when I'm going to be back, but most likely I won't be playing tomorrow," Chara said Monday. "Honestly, it's in a stage where we can't talk about anything more than 24 hours ahead."

Paille does not have any lingering symptoms from the mild concussion he suffered Thursday against the Florida Panthers and received clearance after having a neurology test Monday afternoon.
