Staying close to home for center Damien Woody (17th overall) out of Boston College was a solid hit, although his struggles with the shotgun snap ultimately decreased his value in the eyes of a new regime that arrived the following year. Linebacker Andy Katzenmoyer (28th overall) arrived with a lot of hype but fizzled quickly, with a neck injury part of the issue. -- Mike Reiss
