2002: In search of next Bavaro with Graham

Trading from 32 to 21, the Patriots selected Colorado tight end Daniel Graham, which highlighted Bill Belichick's viewpoint on the importance of the position and his quest to find the "next Mark Bavaro"  the former New York Giants great. Graham (2002-2006) was a powerful blocker, but never was a consistent difference-maker as a pass-catcher. -- Mike Reiss
