Bryant, Fowler make Cubs history

Kris Bryant's RBI single in the first inning on Saturday gave him 11 postseason RBIs with the Cubs -- the most of any player in franchise history, per the Elias Sports Bureau. Bryant's hit scored Dexter Fowler, whose 14 runs scored are the most of any Cubs player in the postseason.

Pitching puts Cubs in the World Series

The Cubs faced the minimum amount of batters against the Dodgers on Saturday, the second time that's happened in a nine-inning game in postseason history, according to the Elias Sports Bureau. The other instance was Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series.
