PG Rajon Rondo will not return from injury for Game 5 on Wednesday night, and that will have a huge effect on the Bulls.

Why did I take Jamal Adams in ESPN's NFL Nation Mock Draft? Again, I believe the Bears want to trade down -- if possible. In the event that doesn't happen, Stanford DE Solomon Thomas is a player they like, but he went second to SF in our mock. After that, there are a bunch of defensive players worth considering -- Adams, Marshon Lattimore and Malik Hooker. I simply viewed Adams as the safest pick, and safety is a position of need, despite signing Quintin Demps in free agency. Adams is a great tackler, productive in college, and a leader. Everyone I've spoken to about Adams raves about his personality and enthusiasm. The Bears need a field general in their secondary, and I believe Adams checks all the boxes. And the 4.33 40-yard dash he ran at LSU's Pro Day doesn't hurt either.

The Cubs won 1-0 over the Pirates on Tuesday, scoring on an unearned run in the second inning. It's the first time they won a game without registering an RBI since July, 2011. The story of the game was Kyle Hendricks who was actually being out pitched by Pirates starter Gerritt Cole early on. But Hendricks locked in after a couple innings and looked like his old self. According to ESPN Stats and Info, the Pirates were 0 for 6 in at bats which ended on a change up. The Cubs have won another series with a chance at a sweep on Wednesday.

Kyle Hendricks is pitching a gem for the Cubs as he's through 6 innings having given up 4 hits and 2 walks without giving up a run. The outing started shaky, as have his other starts this year, but he locked in just in time to match Gerritt Cole pitch for pitch. The Cubs lead 1-0 in the seventh on an unearned run,
