John Lackey says he's feeling fine after throwing on the side today. He's been out with a sore shoulder but says everything is "moving forward" for his return from the disabled list which can come at the end of the month.

Willson Contreras will catch Jake Arrieta for the second straight game on Tuesday against the Padres. Arrieta walked a career high 7 in his last start with Contreras behind the plate for the first time ever. The Cubs want all their catchers ready to catch all pitchers as the playoffs approach.

However, Fox made it sounds as if Bullard is expected to play Saturday vs. Kansas City. Also missing Tuesday's practice: OG Kyle Long, RB Jeremy Langford and ILB Danny Trevathan.
