LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Chicago Bears wide receiver Roy Williams had full participation in practice Thursday and appears on track to play Sunday when the club hosts the Green Bay Packers at Soldier Field.
Williams was inactive in Week 2 with a groin injury.
"[He's] a big receiver, a good blocker, he's a good football player," Bears coach Lovie Smith said. "We need all of them this week against a great Packers team coming in here. Roy has made a lot of progress and seems ready to go."
"I'm very optimistic. I'm looking forward to Sunday," Harris said. "Like I said, it's still day to day. A decision hasn't been made yet, so I'll probably be a game-time decision. We'll see.
"This is a big game for us, a division game -- one of our season goals is to beat Green Bay. We have that opportunity in front of us, so this will be huge."
Bennett and Carimi are not expected to play Sunday versus Green Bay. Wright appears to be doubtful as he recovers from a head injury suffered in the loss to New Orleans.
