Hack Wilson's 191 RBIs in 1930 remain the single-season record. He also hit 56 home runs that season to forge one of the greatest seasons in MLB history. In 6 years with the Cubs, he hit 190 HRs and drove in 769 runs. He hit .471 in the '29 World Series.
