After 13 seasons as the face of the Chicago Bears franchise, Brian Urlacher moved on. And his departure was not amicable. Urlacher said the team's one-year, $2 million take-it-or-leave-it offer was a slap in the face. After trying to find a new NFL home, Urlacher tweeted news of his retirement on Tuesday, saying "I'm not sure I would bring a level of performance or passion that's up to my standards."
