Grade: B-

Regular season: 9 goals, 6 assists, 15 points, plus-6

Postseason: 5 goals, 4 assists, 9 points, plus-2

Shaw has come a long way since being a fifth-round pick in 2011. Playing center consistently this season was a new challenge for him, and he held his own. He provided a spark on the third line with some offense, defense and toughness. He needs to get better at faceoffs (won 44 percent this season), but he's still young and improving. He provided at least one goal in each playoff series and was smart about his penalties for much of the playoffs. His contribution to the team goes beyond numbers as he's become a respected agitator around the league. -- What grade would you give him?
