Auburn landed the most impactful and arguably the most coveted recruit in the entire 2017 recruiting class Saturday when quarterback Jarrett Stidham committed. Stidham, a Baylor transfer and the top-ranked player in the RecruitingNation junior college 50 list, picked the Tigers over Florida and Texas A&M. From a recruiting standpoint, Stidham's pledge will give Auburn a huge shot in the arm, especially with offensive playmakers. A rival SEC coach said "elite receivers will look Auburn's way because of Stidham's commitment."

Former Baylor QB Jarrett Stidham will transfer to Auburn. He'll enroll in January and be eligible to play in 2017 for the Tigers. Huge get for coach Gus Malzahn and his OC Rhett Lashlee.
