Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson won the Heisman Trophy, but after Deshaun Watson's performance in the College Football Playoff, some wondered whether voters had "Heisman remorse." Louisville coach Bobby Petrino weighed in on that topic, telling Friday, "I think all you have to do is look at his numbers. What Lamar did probably won't be matched for a long, long time. It was one of the most amazing seasons anyone has ever put together." Jackson threw for 3,543 yards, ran for 1,571 yards and scored 51 total touchdowns. Watson finished second in the December voting.
