Former Florida State Hall of Fame coach Bobby Bowden has been clear in how well he thinks Willie Taggart will do in Tallahassee. But the "other new coach that's coming up" that Bowden is really high on is Tennessee's Jeremy Pruitt. "I think he's a hidden jewel, boy. I really do," Bowden told ESPN.

Florida State's defensive line will again be deep, talented and versatile. Junior end Brian Burns, who has 11 sacks in his first two seasons, said there's no drop off when the Seminoles rotate. "You better compete every day because your spot can be taken from you at any time." Burns has bulked up to 235 pounds after playing at 218 last season.

Former Florida State Hall of Fame coach Bobby Bowden said first-year FSU coach Willie Taggart is "doing it just the way I would do it" and plans to accept Taggart's invitation to come around the program more. "He's bringing back the old guys. He loves being here. Everything fits. I don't see how he can help but be successful."
