Dusty Kiel starting for Indiana

Indiana sophomore quarterback Dusty Kiel will make his first career start Saturday against Penn State.

Coach Kevin Wilson is going with Kiel ahead of Ed Wright-Baker, who started Indiana's first four games. Kiel led Indiana's comeback last week at North Texas, and has completed 11 of 18 passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns in two games.

Kiel appeared in five games last season.
