TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama's football team and coach Nick Saban will walk the now familiar halls of the White House on Wednesday when the defending champion Crimson Tide are hosted by President Barack Obama.
The Crimson Tide's visit to the White House will be their third in four years.
Alabama will be recognized for its BCS National Championship victory over Notre Dame, the 15th national title in school history.
For Saban, it will be his fourth trip to the White House. He went as coach of LSU in recognition of the Tigers' 2003 national championship-winning season.
