Virginia looking at another year without a bowl

Virginia has not reached a bowl game since the 2011 season, and the odds are against the 2016 Cavaliers doing so in head coach Bronco Mendenhall's first year. The Cavaliers have won two straight games after opening the season 0-3 but have a challenging schedule ahead.

According to ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI), they have just a 2 percent chance to reach six wins and aren't favored in a single game the rest of the season.

Virginia's best bets at picking up wins include Nov. 5 at Wake Forest (30 percent) and Saturday against Pittsburgh (27 percent).
