Arizona entered the Territorial Cup winless in Pac-12 play and with the league's worst point differential by over 100 points (-184). The Wildcats ended up blowing out ASU 56-35 and knocking their rivals out of bowl eligibility.

Arizona State's bowl hopes are all but over. The Sun Devils' multi-year APR score of 960 doesn't figure to be high enough for them to be among the 5-7 teams allowed to participate in the postseason. It would likely take several others to decline the opportunity, which is technically possible, but doubtful to occur.

Arizona keeps its distance

Samajie Grant breaks through the first line of defense and sprints to a 63-yard TD run, extending the Wildcats' lead over Arizona State to 56-35 late in the fourth quarter.

Wildcats answer with TD, lead 35-21

Samajie Grant weaves, spins and scores from nine yards out to put Arizona back ahead of Arizona State by 14 points. The Wildcats went 75 yards in only three plays and 1:22 in the third quarter.
