John Wolford goes 70 yards to the house

The college football season is barely two hours old and we've already got our first long-distance TD run. Wake Forest's John Wolford dodged Elon's entire defense on this 70-yard scamper.

Wake Forest just went on an 11-play, 90-yard scoring drive, ending with a Matt Colburn 2-yard rushing TD to go up 17-0 on Elon. It's early, and the bar is set low, and it's only Elon, but the Demon Deacons are hitting on all cylinders in the first half.

Alex Kinal just booted a 73-yard punt for Wake Forest against Elon. There's a reason Dave Clawson brought the redshirt senior to ACC Kickoff and named him a team captain this year. Kinal is one of the best in the country.
