Oregon coach Willie Taggart said he we really impressed with how QB Justin Herbert played in the spring game, but "couldn't say anyone is at the top of the depth chart" at quarterback going into summer conditioning. If the decision about a starter was made based on how the quarterbacks played on Saturday, of course, he said it would be Herbert, but more will go into the decision than that game.

Now that every school is finished with spring practice, here's an updated look at how the Pac-12 power rankings will look in 2017.

Herbert shines in spring game.

QB Justin Herbert threw for 327 yards with three touchdown passes to Darren Carrington II as the Ducks capped their 2017 spring practice schedule in front of 36,821 fans Saturday at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon is coming off one of its worst defensive seasons in school history. The Ducks allowed a school-record 41.4 points per game and allowed more than 246 rushing yards per game, their worst mark since 1977.
