Three coaches in the Pac-12 South have had remarkably parallel career ups and downs of late. Will their fortunes continue to shadow each other's?

With eight players invited to the NFL combine, Utah is tied with USC for the most from the Pac-12. Here are the Utes that will be going: DB Brian Allen, OG Isaac Asiata, OT Garett Bolles, C J.J. Dielman, DL Pita Taumoepenu, OT Sam Tevi, RB Joe Williams and S Marcus Williams.

USC stole the spotlight, but it wasn't the only Pac-12 power to ace national signing day. With six teams in the top 30, the Pac-12 made its presence felt on the recruiting trail.

One of the marquee names in Utah's incoming 2017 crop is 6-foot-7 offensive tackle Jordan Agasiva, a JC transfer who should help the Utes immediately replenish an offensive line that's losing four starters. The trenches have long been a strength of this program, and Utah hopes it's netted immediate-impact players to keep them strong.

Utah had a few spots to fill heading into signing day and picked up a terrific wide receiver in Bryan Thompson. The three-star receiver was previously committed to Boise State and also looked at Nebraska and Oregon.
