When was the last time two players from Idaho made the ESPN 300? Before today, the answer was never. Defensive tackle Tommy Togiai of Pocatello Highland and Washington quarterback commit Colson Yankoff became the first duo from Idaho to crack the top 300 ranking. Togiai, who lists Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, TCU, USC and Washington as his top teams, is the No. 52 player overall. Yankoff, who committed to UDub in March, is the 82nd ranked player.

After signing only five ESPN 300 prospects in the 2017 class, TCU already has commitments from two prospects in the top 300. TCU's top early pledge is from Grand Prairie (Texas) South Grand Prairie safety Atanza Vongor, who is the No. 150 player overall. TCU's other ESPN 300 commit is from Neville (Louisiana) High School offensive guard Devin Phillips, who is the 237th ranked player.
