Hearing Tulane defensive line coach Kevin Peoples is in the mix for Alabama's defensive line vacancy. Peoples has been with Willie Fritz at both Tulane and Georgia Southern. He has SEC experience as Arkansas' defensive line coach under Bobby Petrino.

The Bills hired former Alabama analyst Shea Tierney as an offensive assistant, according to the Bills' website. Tierney joins William Vlachos, also an offensive assistant, in analysts following offensive coordinator Brian Daboll from Alabama to Buffalo this offseason. Like Bills coach Sean McDermott, Tierney has spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles.
