Source tells me USF wide receiver Rodney Adams had a private workout with the Panthers today. He also has a visit scheduled with the Vikings in two weeks and has meetings/workouts scheduled with the Jaguars, Patriots and 49ers.

One player who really turned heads today at USF pro day was offensive lineman Kofi Amichia. Weighed in at 304, benched for 32 reps, recorded a 9'6" broad jump, 33.5 vertical and a 4.96 40. Tweaked his hamstring midway through that sprint but should be okay. He's drawn interest from the Packers, Colts, Chiefs, Titans and Seahawks.

Jaguars running backs coach Tyrone Wheatley and Jets running backs coach Stump Mitchell were at USF pro day today to watch Marlon Mack (pictured) up close and both were putting him through drill work on the field.

Blast from the past! Two former Bucs receivers at USF pro day today -- Keenan McCardell and Reidel Anthony. McCardell is now the receivers coach for the Jaguars and and Anthony coaches at the Performance Compound in Tampa.

USF wide receiver Rodney Adams has been training with Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston in Orlando. Lot of experience working with a quarterback who improvises and makes plays outside the pocket. Very productive on special teams too.

USF running back Marlon Mack has an upcoming private workout with the Titans. He's also had multiple talks with the Bucs, has spoken with the Falcons, Colts and Jets.

Offensive lineman Kofi Amichia put up 32 reps in the bench press at USF's pro day in Tampa. He was hoping for 31, so this was huge for him.
