Texas A&M's defense continues to get it done. The Aggies held South Carolina to just 53 offensive plays in their 26-23 win over the Gamecocks (South Carolina came into the game averaging 73+ offensive snaps). It's the third straight week the Aggies have held their opponent to fewer than 60 snaps (held Kentucky to 50 in Week 6 and Arkansas to 53 in Week 5).

The Texas A&M punter -- who is on an FBS record pace, averaging 54.8 yards per punt this season -- has already booted a 67-yarder today vs. South Carolina and has a second-quarter tackle and forced fumble on a Gamecock punt return that got the ball back for the Aggies.
