espnW 25 Power Rankings: Week 9

The evidence we've gathered over the past two seasons has allowed us to make a case. St. John's-Paul VI is one of the best rivalries in high school girls' basketball. The national powerhouses were back at it again -- for the second time in 2018 -- this past week.

And Paul VI got its revenge.

After dropping the January showdown 51-45, Paul VI got a combined 43 points from Amira Collins (23) and Ashley Owusu (20) in a 61-56 win.

Paul VI, ranked sixth last week, moves up to No. 5 in the espnW 25 Power Rankings for Week 9. St. John's, ranked fourth a week ago, falls to No. 6.

Archbishop Mitty continues to lead the way.
