Week: |
All eyes will be on Duncanville on Tuesday night when the No. 2 team in the espnW 25 Power Rankings goes for its 100th straight win in a playoff game against playoff against Killeen Harker Heights.
Aside from that, it's been a pretty calm stretch of late.
There were, however, a few couple noteworthy games in California, Missouri and New York.
Unranked Salesian (Calif.) beat St. Mary's (Berkeley) 62-51 in the week's biggest upset.
In Missouri, No. 4 Incarnate Word held off No. 15 Rock Bridge 40-37 in a clash of the state's top two teams.
And, keep an eye on Christ the King. The New York powerhouse -- led by Duke signee Sierra Calhoun, Siena signee Kollyns Scarbrough and sophomore Sydney Zambrotta -- topped Nazareth 64-59 and has run off 16 straight wins since a rough showing at the Nike Tournament of Champions in Arizona.
