Only four out of 47 ESPN 300 cornerbacks and safeties are currently committed to SEC schools. For comparison sake, SEC schools signed 19 of a possible 41 ESPN 300 secondary prospects in the 2016 recruiting class, so there is certainly a lot of recruiting left to be done.

The SEC finished with five teams ranked in the top 10 of the Recruiting Nation class rankings in February and are on pace to have another strong year. While other conference such as the Big Ten and Pac-12 have made up ground and are recruiting the SEC states at a high level, there are four recruits that the SEC can't let get away to another conference.
