GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A recap of how Florida's 10 players performed at the 2013 NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis:
LB Jon Bostic
Vitals: 6-1, 245 pounds
40 time: 4.61 seconds (sixth among linebackers)
Bench press: 22 reps of 225 pounds
Vertical jump: 32.5 inches
Broad jump: 118 inches
Three-cone drill: 6.99 seconds (eighth among linebackers)
20-yard shuttle: 4.24 seconds (10th among linebackers)
The skinny: Bostic certainly helped himself by posting some top-10 times among linebackers in the 40-yard dash, the three-cone drill, and the 20-yard shuttle. His performance on the bench press was solid, but the leader had 36. While the speed and agility tests were encouraging and answer the charges that Bostic doesn't have good lateral mobility or the ability to change directions quickly, he still appears to be a mid- to late-round selection.
Vitals: 5-10, 208 pounds
40 time: 4.54 seconds
Bench press: 17 reps at 225 pounds
Vertical jump: 35.5 inches
Broad jump: 118 inches
The skinny: Elam had an outstanding workout. His 40 time was the fifth-fastest among safeties, and his bench press was seventh-best. The only concern about Elam is his size. He's smaller than most NFL teams would like in a safety. But teams won't find a problem with his toughness and willingness to play near the line of scrimmage and come up in run support. He also has shown the ability to make big plays. He solidified his spot as a late first- or early second-round selection.

40 time: 4.58 seconds
Vertical jump: 34.5 inches
Broad jump: 123 inches
Three-cone drill: 6.64 seconds
20-yard shuttle: 4.10 seconds
The skinny: Evans had an impressive combine. He turned in the best three-cone drill time among the safeties, and he had the fifth-fastest 20-yard shuttle time among safeties. He ran well, too, and his performance likely increased his draft stock heading into UF's pro day on March 12. Evans was regarded as a late-round selection, but his combine results, plus a solid senior season in which he led the Gators in tackles and played the best football of his career, could sneak him a round or two higher. He certainly opened some eyes in Indianapolis.

40 time: 4.92 seconds
Vertical jump: 30 inches
Broad jump: 106 inches
Three cone drill: 7.40 seconds
20-yard shuttle: 4.75 seconds
The skinny: Floyd's agility was on display in the three-cone and shuttle drills, and he impressed with his sub-5.0 40 time. Floyd's draft stock has rocketed in the past month, and he did nothing in Indianapolis to hurt that. Just imagine how good he could have been had he been a defensive tackle his entire time at UF instead of also playing end. Floyd needs some fundamentals and strength work, but he has established himself as one of the top defensive tackles in the draft and possibly could be the first one taken.
Vitals: 5-11, 208 pounds
40 time: 4.55 seconds
Bench press: 15 reps at 225 pounds
Vertical jump: 30.5 inches
Broad jump: 119 inches
Three cone drill: 7.12 seconds
20-yard shuttle: 4.40 seconds
60-yard shuttle: 12.02 seconds
The skinny: It was a solid performance from Gillislee, who posted a solid 40-yard dash time. He likely solidified himself as a middle-round selection who will fit in nicely with a team that uses a group approach at running back.
Vitals: 6-0, 243 pounds
Bench press: 27 reps at 225 pounds
The skinny: Really hard to get a read on Jenkins, because he is still recovering from a broken bone in his foot and didn't participate in the running or agility drills, but his bench press was impressive. It's unclear how much Jenkins will be able to do at UF's pro day on March 12, either. He has proven to be an athletic linebacker who does well in coverage but doesn't hold up well in run support.
Vitals: 6-2, 250 pounds
The skinny: McCray did not participate in any drills because he's still recovering from a shoulder injury. He's regarded as a late-round selection and there's a question of where he would play in the NFL, because he doesn't really fit completely in one position. He's a high-motor, high-effort guy, but he needs to prove he can stay healthy.
OL Xavier Nixon
Vitals: 6-6, 321 pounds
The skinny: Nixon did not participate in workouts because of a hamstring injury, and that certainly won't help his situation. He battled consistency issues throughout his career at Florida and never really improved much after his freshman season. He's still regarded as a late-round selection. He will need an impressive workout at UF's pro day to improve that.
TE Jordan Reed
Vitals: 6-2, 236 pounds
40 time: 4.72 seconds
Bench press: 16 reps at 225 pounds
The skinny: It was a disappointing showing for Reed, whose performance on the bench press was the second-worst among the tight ends. He didn't exactly light it up with his 40 time, either. As the lightest tight end at the combine, he needed to run one of the faster times. Reed is still learning the position, though, and it's likely he'll end up a player whose performance outweighs where he'll be drafted.
Vitals: 5-10, 188 pounds
The skinny: Sturgis was perhaps the most impressive kicker in Indianapolis. He showed off his strong leg by putting several kickoffs out of the end zone and making three field goals of 50-plus yards. Regardless of how impressive he was, however, it's hard to predict where he'll be drafted. Teams generally don't draft kickers until the final round or two, and sometimes kickers aren't drafted.
