Really tough news for Toledo as top wide receiver Cody Thompson will miss the rest of the season after sustaining a broken leg Saturday against Eastern Michigan. Thompson leads Toledo with 28 receptions for 536 yards. The senior set a team record with 1,269 receiving yards in 2016 and ranked ninth nationally in average yards per catch (19.8). He finishes his career with 2,664 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns.
