Shades of a young Dayne

Wisconsin RB Jonathan Taylor rushed for 219 yards in Saturday's win, his FBS-best third 200-yard rushing game this season. Through six career games, Taylor has outperformed former Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne, who would go on to rush for more than 2,000 yards in his freshman season in 1996 (including bowl game).

And then there were eight

With Clemson, Washington, Washington State and Navy all going down Saturday, that leaves just eight teams in FBS that remain unbeaten.
