One year ago Jim Boeheim didn't endear himself to Tobacco Road when he said he didn't think the ACC Tournament should go back to Greensboro. So this kid spent the entire game today waving a "Greensboro vs. Boeheim" t-shirt at the Syracuse bench.

If having his named tied to the FBI college hoops investigation has been a burden on Wendell Carter Jr. he sure hasn't shown it in the second half vs. Syracuse. Two slams, a baseline feed assist and a pair of free throws have slowly extended Duke's lead to 15 points with 5:23 remaining.

Cuse & Duke combined to go 17-of-58 from the field in the first half. So...not great.

Today's Cameron Crazies dirt sheet. My favorite is note on Syracuse reserve Patrick Herlihy. "He is a sr & he has 2 career points. I don't know about you, but when we're up 35 & he gets to go in, I'll be cheering for Patrick."

ESPN sideline reporter Allison Williams talked with Mike Krzyzewski prior to tonight's game with Syracuse. Her summation of his comments on the FBI investigation: "Said, among other things, needs to be radical change; obvious environment is toxic, makes it look like everyone is toxic." His next media visit will be tonight's postgame press conference.

The mood in Krzyzewskiville is business as usual, despite Duke star Wendell Carter Jr. being among the names connected to the FBI's college hoops and investigation. Said one student: "Why would we stress what we can't control! We need to worry about Syracuse."

Mike Krzyzewski offers little more insight into a Marvin Bagley return. "It's a day to day thing. Marvin has a problem or else he would play. He's getting better. The thing is, it's not a structural problem. But if we weren't concerned about him having more injury, he'd play. He's not ready. He's getting closer. I don't know when it'll happen. I'm not going to push him."
