Giannis Antetokounmpo was held out of the Bucks' win over Cleveland on Monday night. The injury was listed as neck soreness. Team sources say the injury is nothing serious and the absence was largely precautionary after a hard-fought road win at Toronto on Sunday night. The Bucks anticipate Antetokounmpo to play on Wednesday night at Indiana.
