Jazz G Mitchell (foot) to start vs. Thunder

Although he had been listed as questionable for Game 2 of Utah's playoff series against Oklahoma City, the Jazz announced that rookie guard Donovan Mitchell will start against the Thunder. Mitchell suffered a bruised foot in Game 1.
