Former Ravens defensive coordinator Dean Pees on why he decided to join the Titans after retiring four weeks earlier: "The truth of the it is I didn't quite foresee after about two weeks I was already to come back and thought, ‘Did I really do the right thing?' Maybe even more important, I didn't really understand how it affected my wife, kids and my grandkids. Having that being such a big part of your life for 45 years, they were kind of depressed. The point of it is that it really kind of started second guessing a little bit: 'Is this really what I want to do?'"
