Plugging Seth Curry into a small starting lineup has helped spark the Mavs' season-best three-game win streak. Curry has averaged 12.3 points in 28.3 minutes per game, shooting 54.2 percent from the floor and 53.8 percent from 3-point range. That lineup, featuring Dirk Nowitzki at center with a three-guard look, has lit it up over the last three games. That five has scored 94 points in 37 minutes, shooting 54.7 percent from the floor and a sizzling 62.5 percent from 3-point range.

The job he's doing this year is incredible … Offensively, trying to make plays, making threes. But defensively he is our workhorse. He has to guard the best player every night. He has to go to war every night." Matthews got his second road-win-sealing stop against a star this season, with Jimmy Butler joining Damian Lillard as stars who Matthews didn't let get a decent look in the final seconds.
