The Red River rivalry is at it's best when it also extends to the recruiting trail. Saturday evening, Texas swiped Oklahoma's longtime quarterback commit Cameron Rising. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Rising is an ESPN 300 prospect and had been committed to OU since last August. He is the No. 202 player in the country and now the Longhorns two ESPN 300 quarterback pledges.

ESPN 300 QB Cameron Rising has flipped his commitment from Oklahoma to Texas. That's a shocking steal. Tom Herman and Tim Beck already had a pledge from Casey Thompson, the top QB in Oklahoma. And now they've swiped Oklahoma's QB commit. Rising hails from California and chose the Longhorns after visiting for their spring game last weekend.
