ESPN 300 QB Cameron Rising has flipped his commitment from Oklahoma to Texas. That's a shocking steal. Tom Herman and Tim Beck already had a pledge from Casey Thompson, the top QB in Oklahoma. And now they've swiped Oklahoma's QB commit. Rising hails from California and chose the Longhorns after visiting for their spring game last weekend.
