Baltimore will be Super, baby!

Wow, I can't wait for Sunday afternoon in Tampa. It should be something special as the Baltimore Ravens and New York Giants do battle.

I really enjoy watching football -- I am not just a college basketball guy, baby! I truly love the competition. I am also a Bucs' season ticket holder.
So many people have asked me for a prediction on the Super Bowl.

Now be honest ... how many fans out there really picked these two teams to face off at the Super Bowl? That's one reason this is an interesting game.

There are so many interesting storylines to this game. There are the quarterbacks, Kerry Collins and Trent Dilfer. Not too many people would have thought they would be the two starters in this year's Super Bowl.

You have Shannon Sharpe and Jason Sehorn. There is Ray Lewis. Think about some of the other personalities, like Tony Siragusa, Tiki Barber and Michael Strahan. The two coaches, Brian Billick and Jim Fassel, have done an incredible job in leading their teams here.

Defenses have done the job during this postseason. I think that this will be another low-scoring game, where the D dominates. Special teams could have an impact in this contest as well.

So many people have asked me for a prediction on the game -- so here it goes. Dilfer will be dancing on the same field where he was knocked so many times as a Buc. I think this will be a thrilling game.

My pick is: Ravens 17, Giants 13.

Enjoy the game -- it should be a fun one, baby!
