Spurs glad for Kerr-ful shots

June 2
Dick's Stock Watch identifies whose stock is up and whose is down over the past week across the world of sports.

Steve Kerr -- The sharpshooting guard helped the San Antonio Spurs rally past Dallas in Game 6 to win the Western Conference finals. Kerr hit four trifectas in the second half. Now the Spurs face the Nets in the NBA Finals

Seattle Mariners -- The Mariners are on fire, winning six straight games, including a four-game sweep at AL Central-leading Minnesota. Seattle has outscored its opponents 50-22 during the six-game streak. Starters Jamie Moyer and Gil Meche have been outstanding this season, combining to go 15-4. Hey Digger Phelps, don't give your son-in-law Jamie any pitching tips!

Toronto Blue Jays -- The Blue Jays are also hot, going 9-2 over their past 11 games. During that stretch, Toronto swept four straight from the Yankees and three in a row against Boston, totaling 34 runs in the three outings against the Red Sox.

Kenny Perry and Annika Sorenstam -- The duo has made noise in golf. Perry followed up his win at the Colonial by earning a victory and $900,000 at The Memorial. Sorenstam proved she is the best female golfer by winning the LPGA event this weekend.

Boston Red Sox -- The Sox have dropped five in a row and are on the verge of falling into third place in the AL East. By the way, watch out for the Orioles, just three games behind Boston in the standings.

Venus Williams, Jennifer Capriati and Lindsay Davenport -- All three went out in the round of 16 on Sunday at the French Open. No Serena vs. Venus finals in Paris!

Mike Tyson -- Tyson continues to make headlines for the wrong reasons. His comments and statements, are you kidding me? Will he ever learn?
