BREAKING NEWS: Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN that he has an agreement in place with Duco Events for Manny Pacquiao to defend his welterweight world title against Australia's unbeaten Jeff Horn. The bout will take place April 22 – during one of Pacquiao's recesses from the Filipino senate -- but the site has not been finalized, Arum said. He said the fight likely will take place in Australia or in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi).
