Jay-Z may be a Yankees fan, but his latest beef with the Red Sox nation has nothing to do with baseball.
The hip-hop mogul is suing David Ortiz for naming his night club in the Dominican Republic "Forty/Forty," a title strikingly similar to the "40/40" sports bar lounges that Jay-Z launched with his business partner, Juan Perez. The duo own "40/40" clubs in New York City, Las Vegas, and Atlantic City. The name plays off baseball's exclusive benchmark for power and speed -- hitting 40 home runs and stealing 40 bases in one season.
The lawsuit is just one of Ortiz' 99 problems this season, so Page 2 decided to help the big fella out with a new, completely legal, night club moniker:
