Smith's emotional night tops list

It's safe to say none of the replacement officials made our list of the top 10 outstanding performers in sports last week. But rather than focus on the negative, our panel is celebrating the best, led by Ravens WR Torrey Smith.

The second-year wide receiver from Maryland was playing with a heavy heart after the death of his younger brother earlier on Sunday. No one would have faulted Smith for sitting out Sunday night's game, but he played, and played a big role in the Ravens' win, catching a pair of touchdowns.

Smith's outstanding performance under pressure was enough to vault him past Tour Championship and FedEx Cup winner Brandt Snedeker, who raked in more than $11 million for his win on Sunday. Good work if you can get it.

That's how our panel ranked them, but do you agree? Let your voice be heard in the comments, and if you impress the panel, you could be chosen as a guest ranker for next week.
