NEW YORK -- Comments on the Buffalo Bills by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

Chris Berman (ESPN, 26) -- Can't believe Bills at Jets isn't flex game.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 27) -- Ryan Fitzpatrick didn't pan out, and Chan Gailey could be on way out.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 26)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 28) -- Spent all that money on defense in free agency for what? Last in run defense.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 23) -- Bills will continue searching for another quarterback after more mediocrity from Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 28) -- The Bills have the longest playoff drought in the NFL at 13 years.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 24) -- This was the year the Bills were supposed to be, as GM Buddy Nix put it, "relevant." Anyone for another New Year's resolution?

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 28) -- If Ryan Fitzpatrick is the answer, you're asking the wrong question.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 25) -- The quarterback story leads the way in describing why this team only has five wins, but there's more to it than that with the defense and the offensive line.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 26)

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 25) -- Let's pile some more dirt on the hapless Bills (5-10). None of the five victories came against teams with a winning record and four opponents are slated to pick in the top 10.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 25) -- They will finish in last place for the fifth straight year and miss the playoffs for the 13th straight year. You think changes are coming?
